It can be quite challenging, finding a suitable pet friendly condo or apartment in Bangkok. Many of the condos operate a strict no pets allowed policy. Some condos will allow cats, but no dogs, and others will allow cats, or a dog under a certain weight. Pet friendly condos or apartments in Bangkok are unfortunately in short supply, and these units are sought after due to the short supply.
Some tenants will often take a risk and not inform the owner that they have a pet, or simply ignore the condos or apartments no pets allowed policy. We would not advise anyone to do this, a complaint from a neighbour or the juristic office, could lead to tenant being asked to move out, and then the deposit will usually be lost due to breach of contract. Also be aware, if the condo allows pets the owner of the unit may not, so please check with him first. Please also be aware, sometimes an owner will turn a blind eye and allow pets in a condo that does not. So if the condo management becomes aware of the pet they could also ask you to remove the pet from the unit.

TBI Tower is luxury condo with a roof top swimming pool, gym and sauna. Security is also on hand 24 hours a day for peace of mind. The units are fantastic and offer great value when you consider the size. Units are very well maintained and come with full kitchens including oven. Most of the units have large terraces. Not balconies! Making them ideal for pets! Dogs and cats are both welcome at TBI Tower with no weight restrictions in place.
