Many major international companies have their Thailand headquarters in and around Asoke. Asoke BTS itself lays in the shadow of two huge office blocks, The Exchange and the Interchange towers. Thousands of workers flood to these two buildings alone every single day.
These disadvantages are also advantages to some, living in a vibrant part of the city full of restaurants and nightlife can be very appealing, there is also a brand new shopping mall, Terminal 21, many shops, restaurants, and a large cinema all under one roof, recently opened and conveniently located via the skywalk at Asoke BTS. So if having all of these amenities on your doorstep appeals to you, then renting a condo in Asoke can be a great option.
